WELCOME! A little about FlewTheCoop!

We are currently "50 something" empty nesters that have fallen deeper in love and realized that the rest of our life can be another honeymoon. The cliche, but true, phrase of the mountains are calling and so I must go rang true with us. In 2018, with our son well on his own, we moved from the busy Dallas Texas suburbs to small mountain town of Woodland Park, Colorado.

The view above is of a zoomed in version of Pikes Peak from our home. It helps bring us peace and relaxation. Everyday is a new postcard view with the changing weather, seasons, sun and moon. It is rarely the same look and is always spectacular.
